Exercise sessions are held in the Physiotherapy Gym at Wharfedale General Hospital on:
Monday 18.00 to 19.30
Monday 19.30 to 21.00
Wednesday 18.30 to 20.00
Thursday 18.00 to 19.30
Thursday 19.30 to 21.00
Training shoes and casual clothing that allows easy movement is all that is required.
Serving Otley and surrounding areas of Bradford & Leeds
Parking badges, and, T-shirsts, poloshirts, sweatshirts, and Fleeces with the WGHCC logo, are available for purchase at the start of each class.
