How to Join

There is no joining fee. There is , however, a charge to attend each class and this is detailed in the "Cost" button under "About Us".

Training shoes and casual clothing that allow easy movement is all that is required.

For regulatory purposes, on joining you will be asked to complete a simple form which includes your medical history.
